Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Hydrate & Rejuvenate, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to your schedule. We kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy outlined below:

Cancellation Policy:

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service price, charged to the payment method on file.

Rescheduling:

  • We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a "no-show."

  • No-shows will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service amount, charged to the payment method on file, and may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.

Exceptions:

  • We understand emergencies happen. If you encounter an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.
